FAQ’S

To request a quote, browse our product pages, select the items you’re interested in, and click ‘Add to Quote.’ Once you’ve added all the items, submit your quote request and we’ll get back to you with pricing and further details.

Alternatively, you can place an order by contacting us directly via phone at 715-629-9009 or by emailing our sales team at sales@motuscasters.com.

We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Please note that credit card payments incur a 3% processing fee. We also accept payments via check and ACH electronic payments with no additional fees.

Past due accounts bear interest at a rate of 1.5% per month. Buyers will be liable for any collection costs, including attorney fees, incurred by Motus Casters in collecting on delinquent accounts.

Returns are only accepted with prior authorization. All returns must be made within 15 days of receiving the item, and a 30% restocking fee will apply. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is defective.

Please note that special orders or custom items cannot be returned.

Claims regarding shortages or defects must be made within 5 days of receiving the shipment. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at sales@motuscasters.com or 715-629-9009 to report any issues.

Tracking information will be provided on the invoice once your item ships. You can use the tracking number to monitor the delivery progress through the carrier’s website.

Yes, we ship globally. Shipping rates and delivery times depend on the destination. Please note that international customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees and duties.
