Frequently Asked Questions

  • No returns without prior authorization. Returns must be made within 15
    days of receipt. There is a 30% restocking fee and return shipping is to be paid
    by the customer except in the case of defective items.
  • Special orders or custom items cannot be returned.

Cancellations and modifications must be done manually. Please have your order confirmation ready and contact us as soon as possible to request changes. Keep in mind that your order may have already shipped, in which case our return policy will be in effect.

Order confirmations will be emailed to the email address that is associated with your account.

All costs are listed up front before you submit your payment. Sales tax will be charged on all orders unless a tax exemption certificate is provided.

Yes, please contact us before submitting an international order so that we can ensure proper and timely delivery.

We have many items available that have not made it to our online store. For information about these items, please call or email. Items that are listed on the website currently include a "Request a Quote" button that will generate a quote request.

Shipping will be calculated based on each item’s size and weight at checkout. Casters can be heavy so we do our best to pack items economically. Large orders will be delivered via LTL shipping in many cases to save freight costs.
